As I said in my last post, it has been extremely hectic around here. So anything I can do to get dinner on the table quickly these days, I will do. Tonight, I turned to a seven(!) ingredient meal to get dinner on the table in under thirty minutes. I took some short cuts with store-bought pizza crust, rotisserie chicken and pesto. The end result did not matter, this was still delicious!

I knew my tiny friends would want to help out with this one, so I pre-baked my crust according to the package instructions and let that cool. I then went ahead and assembled all of my ingredients as seen below - balsamic glaze, pesto, mozzarella cheese, red onion, Roma tomatoes and chopped, cubed chicken.

After the pizza crust cools, spread it with an even layer of pesto. Then top it with all of the remaining ingredients. In this case, my tiny helpers had a blast picking out their favorite ingredients and sprinkling them around. Obviously you can add or subtract ingredients to your families' preferences.

Finally, bake this in a 400 degree oven until the cheese melts and the crust is golden brown.
